A change to Spirit Visage that could make some tanks Top Lane better.

-Passive now increases self-shielding by 15% as well as healing by 25%. Stats are unchanged. It's lower because many champions have shields, while not as many have crazy sustain that gets noticeable benefits from the healing increase.

Champions like , ,, ,and , all pick it up simply for the MR, and make no use of the passive. I think that having something like the self-shielding buff I listed above it could make life against oppressive Top Lane Mage bullies like , , ,, , , ,, , , , , and easier for them.

Wait, I think I forgot to mention .

Still, I think this could help Tanks with shields instead of heals Top Lane, and widen the niche of the item a little more. By making its niche a little wider, you can purchase it not just "cause I wanted MR" but "It makes my shields and heals stronger."

He doesn't, but currently the tanks I listed above are buying item 3065 only for the MR, not the healing aspect. I also personally feel like something like this wouldn't make him broken OP. It's only a 15% increase that will probably most benefit someone like Shen who has no ranged abilities in a match-up against Kennen .

Don't forget it has its own base regen that gets boosted by its passive. You get one of these on most melee tops and you're looking at almost 100 hp5.

this would be ridiculous lol.

I already get close to 1000 health on Poppy's shield with a bruiser build; it definitely doesn't need to be larger, and she is definitely one of the champs least injured by ranged tops

This would probably make Poppy and Nautilus more interested in jungling anyway, Visage's shield buff plus Cinderhulk's HP% raise?
