This past game I played in he did 1800 damage with 2 spells with less than 400 ap, no ult involved. Max cdr, he's a pain to deal with. I honestly might just start spamming him in ranked because it's freelo status.

Not to say he's bad, but most of the time if Vlad kills you, it's because you let him kill you. If you walk up to him, will he hurt you? Yes. So will Syndra and Ahri and plenty of other mages.
