Matchmaking is really bad

I am in Gold 1, constantly playing with low plat players.... every once in a while I get like a Gold 4 on my team.... It makes no sense to me, the difference between a Gold 4 and Gold 1 in low plat elo should be a lot. A good example is my last game, the Jinx ADC was Gold 4 and had less damage than the support, fed all game, was never positioned right, didn't communicate and did nothing all game. Don't put these scrubs on my team to get carried because a lot of the time they are mostly dead weight. This type of stuff is what tilts me the most... I have no control over it, but it is just ludicrous how unlucky I must be...
