Riot, fuck your shitty client
This shit should NEVER happen on a 1250$ machine
This shit should NEVER happen on a 1250$ machine
$1250 is completely irrelevant. The client requires so little resources that a $300 Walmart laptop can run it no problem lol
I play on a $300 walmart laptop and I still get disconnections during character selections from time to time like in his photo.
Well I can assure you that its not because your hardware doesnt have enough resources to run the client
It's usually just the server being a scrub
Its not the end of the world, not everyone experiences this and even fewer experience it an unplayable level.
Its alright that not everything works 100%.
Why do you think they are naking a new one exactly?

It doesn't matter! The shit ACTUALLY work as it has for the past, you know, 5 fucking years. They are making a new one because this one is simply old, not because it crashes 50000000 times a day. They a billion dollar company, how hard is it to make a launcher that doesn't crash when I push "BAN" with fucking Java?! This shit seriously pisses me off. This should have been fixed IMMEDIATELY, but instead they are making a new client in 6 months.
And when is that new one going to come out exactly?
I mean it's in Open Alpha right now... We can't really put a date on Rito.
I click Shop: Crashes. I click Hextech Crafting: Crashes. I click Ban: Crashes. I type a message: Crashes. I look at my client: Crashes.
Highschoolers know how to make Java but a billion dollar company can't. This is ridiculous.
I even test this shit before every game by going into custom games and starting a match and casting a few abilities
wierd, i have no issues with the client. Perhaps your crappy computer corrupted some of it's files and you should re install it.

I think I will, thanks. I just installed a 600GB SSD and I did have a corrupted OS when I cloned my HDD. Thx fam. Hadn't thought of that.

For someone who dropped over a grand on his rig, you clearly do not realize it has nothing to do with hardware.

I know that anything can run this shit client. It's Java. The point went right over your head. Dark Souls 3 runs better than this shitty client.

Which again, has nothing to do with a 1k rig. I got your point, but you included a ridiculous statement
Yep, last time, I wanted to dodge a ranked, I clicked the "X" button to quit, but of course, since this application is the worst thing ever developed by humans (?), IT DIDN'T WORK, so the game started and we lost it. This is the REAL shit, and it is just one of MANY MANY bugs.

Apparently the client is perfect judging by all the downvotes my post got.
My solution is to run the program in compatability mode for windows vista and run it in administrator mode
