Why not Let ekko ult through cc?

I mean thats really the main reason why people build him as a tank and not ap. its because one cc. and you die. last game i even went with some hp. and an armor item and rest is ap. and i died in 0.8 seconds on this champion. i had no time to ult though cc. please consider making him ult through cc. what i see on the pbe. is pretty lame. its not gonna change the fact that ap ekko is absolute shit. infact hes losing late game damage on passive for what. 10% ap ratio increase on Q. lol. and the slow removal basically makes him way worse in lane. as if he isn't bullied by pretty much every single mid laner. I don't know how will you fix him. but delayed damage assassin? no. hes basically a super squishy fighter. consider making his W shield last. significantly longer and give him some resistances based on ap. or people will still build him as tank. even after the slow removal. he will still be built as a tank i can guarntee you that

i mean ekko is achampion i enjoy. but i can't play him right now because hes terrible. i used to have close to 70% wr on him and after the multiple nerfs not even ap ekko is bearable anymore. i used to go ap too but hes too damn weak. way too weak.

every time I play this champion. i either ult too early before i get anything out of it. or die, rengar is getting a QSS on a basic ability that has a heal similar to ekko's ult but ekko can't go through cc. c'mon now.
