I just noticed that this change could singlehandedly make item 3025 a very viable item on him.

Mana? Check. Also, he needs some of that for E spam. CdR? Check. Armor? Check. Short CDs? With the new E, also check.

Build item 3725 item 3025 item 3143 item 3800 (also buffed)item 3190 and a pair of boots. 2375 bonus HP from items.

It's not not viable on him now, but the new jungle enchant lets him build something other than item 3068.

I prefer item 3715, he doesn't really need help clearing honestly, and the true damage on-hit makes him more threatening.
