Nautilus should be a viable jungler again

I think that he should be viable in the jungle because his kit fits jungle but he can't even work in the jungle due to his clears being so terrible. His passive should do double damage and give attack speed against jungle monsters. Also his e mana cost should also be lowered by a lot, especially since dorans ring is being nerfed he won't be able to abuse it top lane.
