Glacial Augment

What exactly is it's cooldown? The slow duration and active item effect makes perfect sense. I cannot find where the cooldown of the rune is before it's useable again, and haven't noticed any indicator on my quickbar indicating such. Halp? I want to experiment with it on some different champs as I'm seeing it talked about on Reddit and the like again.

It doesnt have one.

By that logic every auto from say my Master Yi running GlacAug would provide the slow akin to Frozen Mallet? That doesn't sound correct.

The AA portion of it does have a short cooldown. It's once every 7 / 6 / 5 / 4 (at levels 1 / 6 / 11 / 14 respectively) seconds.

The portion that procs it off of item actives (Hextech GLP, Twin Shadows etc.) doesn't have a cooldown.

/thread. That's what I needed! Thank you. I'll be sure to play around with the rune with this in mind.

The cooldown is 7/6/5/4 seconds, scaling down with level, and tracked on a per-champion basis.

Uou can't apply the slow to the same target within those few seconds, but you could attack a different target and apply the slow.

The Freeze Ray effect for your active items has no cooldown.
