Rune selection advice...?

So basically I'm a kat main and I've got 2 rune pages for her. 1 with some armor runes and another page with MR instead. When taking defensive runes do i prioritize my lanes type of damage or the enemy teams majority in correspondence with my build?

Lol me too. What Im asking is if i should pick armor/mr depending on who im laning against or the ad/ap ratio on his team...?

I would have one page with armor and another with MR, now if they're a good mix I'd probably go HP seals
