too much mana regen. sorc boots are partially wasted from the voidstaff. you arent even speaking of what champ this is

too much mana regen has NEVER been an issue (could still see plenty of mages oom with this build), and Sorcerer Boot's magic penetration applies AFTER voidstaff.

The only mana regen is from Morello's, nowhere near "too much". Sorc Boot's apply after VS.

hmmm, definately an utility type mid build i could see it working well on something like mid soraka or lulu

I did decently with it on Veigar.

ehhh, im o the best build for veig is like item 3165 item 3089 item 3020 item 3157 item 3285 item 3135 , gives veigar the raw ap he wants usually you can hit something like 1.1-1.2k ap late game with this. banner is just unneeded on veig because he has pushing power and zeke's is more about helping an ally do damage where veigar is the one that wants to be doing that damage
