LeBlanc rework feedback: I actually like the Sigil trigger delay idea, it's healthy and all. But...

I would love to be able to re-apply my Sigil shortly after I trigger it, like 1 or 2 seconds later max. Why do I have to wait 4 full seconds before being able to do so?

I understand that the 4 second delay is good to make her early game manageable. But in the late-game 4 seconds is too long, long enough for a full teamfight in fact. And LeBlanc's passive is her primary damage source, and without it she does no relevant damage.

It completely breaks the flow of her gameplay pattern, since the best course of action would be stay outside the fight long enough to be able to apply your passive again on your primary target.

What if the Sigil downtime was made to scale with ranks in her Ultimate? At levels 1/6/11/16 The delay between Sigils would be 4/3/2/1 seconds for example.

What do you guys think? Is this really LeBlanc's only small problem? Does she have other problems now or is she fine?
