It is not fun to sit there for 45mins while people cycle through autofill dodges. It doesn't happen in ranked because the punishment is significant. Its a nuisance in norms because its never ending. Triple the lockout.

In that specific game I was counter trolling a premade that trolled me in champ select. First they all hovered my champ. Then they banned my champ. Then they proceeded with insults. I gave them the option to dodge now or lose. They didn't dodge. I made sure they lost.
