Why was leona buffed not too long ago?
I've been wondering why she got buffed. She's got 3 cc's. I'd love to see anybody play an immobile adc vs leona with only a qss and try to escape her cc chain while a fuckin malphite ults you.

Because she was really only marginally buffed, and before the buffs her 3 ccs didn't mean much, apparently, because no one was bothering to play her.
I still don't see anyone play her. It's always Braum/Thresh these days
I wasn't so much a buff as a lateral swap.
Her damage was slashed across the board to make room for some slight buffs (Ult gives glowing sword, reduced CD on shield of daybreak)
