Some ideas on changing how items scale across class, and also with adaptive force

Ok this might be weird but like

it seems like with the three item pools there's always a tug of war between the champs that scale on those items

AD items get tugged between fighters, assassins, juggernauts and adcs.. AP gets tugged between supports, mages, wardens and AP assassins.

So like, then you get things like black cleaver. which get's pulled in every direction, then you wind up with bruisers wanting it but also assassins wanting it, and riot winds up buffing the item for one class and nerfing it for the other. A similar situation happed with Rylai's a while back.

So like... what if riot solidified champion classifications with updated definitions. Then they tweaked the stats of certain items based on classes. you'd assign values to each item for each class, and the way it gets balanced per champion could basically be based on the average of the class stat totals on items. So a fighter/assassin buying

So like an ADC would get different stat totals from infinity edge from what a juggernaut would get.

in addition maybe a few other stats could generate sometimes for tradeoff, Maybe a juggernaut would get 55 AD and 300 health with his infinity edge instead of 80 ad.

Now as for adaptive stats, can we just streamline it? Instead of granting to the highest grant to the ratio of ad to ap. So like if your AD and AP's adaptive total is 100, and you have 40% of that as bonus ad, then you'd get 40 ad and 60 ap. and yeah convert them both to their adaptive value before applying the bonus adaptive force. this could be a nice buff for champs like varus or kog'maw when interacting with their runes and such... plus they'd get to scale with yuumi better (Currently she grants based on the highest value)

a few items should grant adaptive force, and simply convert across the aisle to their ap or ad counterparts.

item 3115 would scale off adaptive and deal adaptive damage item 3071 would scale off adaptive and deal adaptive shred on spells or abilities (procing on magic damage instead of physical for AP) this would solve the issue of a lack of CDR with AP pen builds. item 3078 could become adaptive and actually replace item 3100 to make a more interesting item item 3152 could be adaptive offering options for juggernauts to deal with certain hypermobile champs

item 3812 item 3146 would both be adaptive items

doubtful, since trinity has weird issues of the sheen proc not always working the right way (least in my experience) but lich bane's works fine

and protobelt is pretty much in the ap category
