it really sucks to go for a base race and the thing says it as it shows up. "soon" doesn't mean "now". the enemy inhib respawns 2 seconds after the announcer says it. make it like 10 seconds. please.

When an inhib is destroyed, a light circle will start to form around it. When the circle is full, it respawns.

The other announcements occur 30 seconds beforehand. I garentee a 30 second warning on inib respawn would be infinitely more useful than the current one, which basically may as well not be in the game.
The ability to manually check the inhib and keep track of the timer is nice, but if they're going to have an 'about to respawn' warning, they could at least make it useful.
