Now you will be able to buy AD and items that debuff enemies and not get flamed for "trolling".
Let's say you have an enemy support who is a healer you can just buy 
and help your ADC by debuffing them with Grievous Wounds or even buy Black Cleaver I guess to lower their Armor. Pyke is a good and unique support and I want to thank Riot for this addition to the Support role.
Speaking of builds here's the one I see working out, potentially.

Because it would be beyond stupid for him to have a 1:1 conversion, as the ratio of HP to AD is 4:1 in terms of price.
~100% gold efficiency would be 14% of bonus HP as AD; 10% is reasonable in that respect.

He converts all bonus health in to damage. He will be squishy no matter how you build him.

Update: I just saw the secondary passive. That's rather interesting, but that also means that he will be vunrable as a leaf.

He is an all or nothing type of champ. Great early but probably weak late game. If you cant get a good advantage with his ganks and engages early, late game you will have a hard time.
He is a interesting champion, reminds me of Lee Sin in terms of scaling.

The only reason hes a bruiser is because its just "how you play him"; His base damage and his ratios are insane, letting him function as a threat with only one or two AD items.

Lee sin... doesnt... fall off. Bruisers fall off sure, but lee sin, the champion, is good at all stages of the game. "Lee sin falls off late" is one of the biggest lies perpetuated, like the lie that "zed is a high skill champion" or "crit is weaker than AP".

RogueWill1 votesI am the only one thinking....what is preventing him to go to a solo lane? I mean so far from what I have sin on his preview there is not much that scales well with a teammate. Sure the passive woudl be awkward on a mid lane (since the bushes are not as available) but could work considerably well as long as he is not against a pushing control mage. He could also go top and trade considerably well but most important, I think he is possible a well jungler, kind of a kha zix or an old Ekko.

And I really think he would do very well on the jungle with his passive. I really don't see that kit as a support unless the damage is low (like rakkan) but they are selling hima s high damage/assassin kind of support
