The meta revolves around killing the opposite team ADC it seems like it, 1st it was Leblanc support, now it's reksai. Who's next? Tryndamere support will go over 60% winrate?

It's called cheese once people learn of it then it's over it was probably someone's climbing tool then someone copied him and it spread

Sample sizes are a pretty big deal.

~2k rek'sai support games being analysed for that data, in contrast with something like 154k on Janna. Kind of a big difference.

Dude, don't look at win rate. Every low play rate strategy either goes way down or way up in win rate, that's just how it works. If someone plays it one game, and win, then the strategy has 100% win rate. If they play it three games, and win two of them, it has a 66.66% win rate. That doesn't mean it's a good strategy. It can just mean someone got autofilled on their way back to challenger, and wanted to have some fun.

Say there's 1 guy that one tricks rek'sai and goes rek'sai support when autofilled, and wins either because he's good at it, or he gets carried. Then people like the OP see this and go "HMM NEW META LEMME TRY" and suddenly that winrate for that role plummets.

Yeah, every single day, people get autofilled and play non meta champs in those roles. People are too stupid to dodge I guess. One out of a thousand times, one of those off meta champions work. They get carried by other laners or just get stupid lucky with matchup. That is why these winrates show up.

Ya I totally saw that. Currently sitting at a 0% WR from having played 2 games. Le sigh.

Or....I just suck and don't know his kit. I've tried building him as a tanky bruiser, but so far no good.
