Our jungle is 4 losses into placements (0% win rate), avg 1 kda (2/8/6) and I have to win?

Enemy jungle ganks at level 2, ganks again as soon as I am back in lane, then again. Our jungle gives solo kill to enemy laner and baits me (2 champions dive me undertower, I take 1 down with me and our jungle just runs with full hp/mana from the enemy who is escaping behind the t1 tower with 100hp. Just watched me die and ran). Jungle has 30 cs while the enemy jungle has over 100. Bot lane starts crying because they get 0 ganks. Okay, then my entire team blames me for feeding.

We continue to play and my entire team feeds, meanwhile I pick up kills and go 5/5.

So this jungler was diamond in season 6, and magically climbed out of plat in 2 weeks? put a system where you put these kids back to brozne or banned for being boosted
