@Rito What happened to the Azir E change?

The one where he would always follow a soldier all the way to the end of a Q positional change no matter what. So you could put a soldier forward, dash, Q backwards, and it would make your dash forward then turn around and dash back.

This change was supposed to be like 3 patches ago but they said it wasn't ready in time, yet here we are and it STILL isn't live.

Can a Rioter say whether this is still going to happen?
