These literally do absolutely nothing. A complete waste of money.
Could you at least have the decency to make it so loyal players who unlock all champions can be guaranteed skin shards? Like, is that really so much to ask?

Riot already stated they're going to add other uses to blue shards and a way for people to have every champion to make use of them.
Why are you buying boxes with RP when you own every champion? Like...did you not think that over for even a moment? That wasn't very smart. It's not like the potential rewards aren't clearly explained. It tells you in the Hexcrafting guide that you can get champ shards for champs you already own and that they're "looking into" potential rewards for people who own every champion.

Alternatively, allow blue essence to be converted to orange essence at, say.... 5:1 ratio or something.
My personal favourite suggestion is to tie Cromas to blue essence.
From a thematic standpoint it makes 0 sense, but it would serve to fix issues for people who don't want champs and gives a reasonable way to obtain them.

Chests are like lootboxes you never know whats inside. you just got bad luck, but im sure its not the last time your buy hex boxes.. afterall its an addiction for many out there.. Anyway im happy enough to just play for my boxes. if i ever get any.

I never sunk any money into the system; I know with my large roster of champions (there are only thirty I don't own), I'd never get anything out of it of use.
