Armor + Attack Speed Item

Is there any chance we could get an armor + attack speed on-hit item added back to the game? Something like an armor equivalent of , but without any healing tacked on to the item, just on-hit damage.

The reason I ask this is because the only decent defensive on-hit option is , but there are quite few champions that would love to have an armor/on-hit option, especially in the jungle. Armor in general just doesn't feel good or rewarding to build right now and adding better offensive hybrid options would help fix that, especially for the on-hit/auto-attack bruisers.

There are plenty of decent MR/offensive options for pretty much every champion, so I don't understand why there is such a dead end when it comes to armor. Even ADCs and assassins get , so it makes no sense to me why on-hit/auto-attack bruisers can't have a decent offensive armor option.

It's unlikely to happen simply because it would ruin bot lane's balance. The first person who can afford it will buy it and be able to both tank the opponent and output more damage. It's the same reason why there aren't many ad/armor items.

item 3191 + item 3101 + 800g = item 3170 (3,000g) +50 AP +50 Armor +35% Attack Speed +10% CDR Unique Passive - Spellweaver: After casting an ability, gain bonus Attack Speed equal to half your effective cooldown reduction for 2 seconds. Unique Aura - Shadow of the Moon: Reduces 10% of physical damage dealt by incoming projectiles.

The stats and Spellweaver aura would complement item 3115 extremely well. The aura radius indicator should look like the coronal ring visible during a solar eclipse. The Shadow of the Moon Aura would make this an item that is strong for an on-hit APC laning versus an ADC marksman, possibly enabling on-hit APCs to compete in bot lane.
If the item successfully enables Teemo Neeko Kennen to thrive in bottom lane, then these champions themselves can be directly nerfed, which will remove them from top lane where they're currently excessively frustrating lane bullies against some melee matchups. Some on-hit junglers may also benefit from this item. It would be interesting to see if certain supports can also use this item, possibly with item 3110 to reduce incoming ranged basic attacks further and/or item 3504 to synergize with the attack speed. It might be a bit expensive on a support budget, but it could be worth the cost as a situational purchase.

It would be abused by marksmen. Only way i see it happening is making it melee only, and you'd still get abusers like Yi or Trynd. Hell, Imagine Yasuo with windwall, passive shield, PD and armor attack speed item.

Y'all always come with botlane. This excuse is just like saying that item 3091 is hard to balance, because magic damage heavy comps do less damage to a Varus , who has it equipped.

Now, I'm not initially adding Attack speed on this item, because the purpose I want it to serve as An item that other classes will be open to A whole load of new builds using existing items. So that it opens up additional options for Bot Lane AP users while keeping it cheap so that AP users can rush it first item.

What about an item to help Some Ap Users to go synergize with Critical strikes and armor to item 1018 + item 3191 + 900g= item 3104 (800+1100+900=2800g)

30% Critical Strike 35+Armor 35+AP

Critical stirkes will no longer deal 200% of damage and but only deal 125%, but instead Will Burn overtime on critical strikes scaling Off Ability power.

Just to turn some Current Attack speed items so that Ap users Have more opportunity to use them. Things like Neeko TwistedFate Kennen might reach bottom or maybe affect other champions like Fizz Shaco Diana or Corki ?

Example Builds: TwistedFate item 3115 item 3094 item 3104 item 3020 item 3285

I doubt Ezreal can abuse it.
