Dominion: Armor vs Scaling Health runes

Depends on your build. If you build a lot of health, get scaling armor. If you build a lot of armor, get scaling health. Both are good.

Get MR/level glyphs (and perhaps some CDR/level glyphs) and CDR/level quints (no better quints on Dominion). Get armor pen, magic pen, hybrid pen, or AD/level marks, depending on your champion.

With the ubiquity of armor pen and a lot of mages, go scaling health. Save resistances as a reactive buy if at all, not a thing to stock in runes.
