People say to improve your skills , view the replays and see what could have prevented what. How do we view replay

Replay will be implemented soon.
Sign up for Replay.gg. It records most of your games automatically. It's supposed to record all but I think it glitches sometimes and miss a couple games here and there but for the most part, it works quite well. In my opinion, it's by far the best replay facility available for League. There are others but they are way too unreliable to be considered viable.

If you want to watch replays of OTHER players (From Challenger to Plat 5):

This is a good way to see how high elo players play your champ. You can search replays by champion, player, region, matchup, and duration.
replay.gg is the simplest option
