How to be better in ranked?

Hi fellow players I am TheDarkFighterz and recently I have been having trouble in ranked. (just started). I had been level 30 for some time but wanted to sharpen my skills, and I entered the first ranked match...wary. Because players had warned me of the dangers of ranked. During the game, both teams threw nasty comments at each other and my bot ended up losing badly. In the rest my 7 games, In almost every game, I win my lane (mostly top) but almost always, both mid and bot lose. Is this fate? I'm just confused why 6/8 games were losses, even though we tried our best. I was placed in Bronze I after the most recent game. I'm really confused of what to do with the nasty comments and the fed people being arrogant and calling people "obnoxious 5 year old little kid". I have searched it online but it doesn't really match what I experience. So can you guys please help me? Not only how to get through this, but tips on ranked and how to lead the team to victory?

you got bronze 1 count yourself lucky because your scores and cs are more like bronze 3 no offense. You need to play carry champs first and then you need to understand counter lanes, builds, and team comps. After that try and get better at csing and your champs limits. if you need i can help

Find four other people and queue in a full group. It sucks playing with teammates you don't know, so find people you can trust to win or At least go even in lane. Good luck !
