Pyke solo lane is still

A big pain in the butt to deal with. You can't really out harass him in lane because he just walks back and heals it back up. I dont really have an issue with the rest of his kit. Just that regen on grey health is a bit to much you can't punish him enough in lane unless you have all ins with enough dmg to take him out because you really can't force him out of lane if you dont kill him.

He's punished by having terrible waveclear.

I am a Pyke main and only solo laned with him, but as soon as they got rid of his only waveclear, he became useless in solo lanes. I don't know what you're talking about. He may win level 1, but later on he's useless, mostly because he can't cs.
