im just asking since riot nerffed his bombs to the point where you hit them only when your enemy forgets to dodge and they still cost quite much, so you need to spamm them

Ziggs is still strong as hell. And so long as you don't have massive brain damage, he's fairly easy to use.

Hitting full ranged bombs is pretty impossible if the enemy isn't forced to walk in a specific direction. Hitting bombs on the first bounce is fairy easy.

You can still have enough mana with a little conservation. If you throw bombs every time it's up you'll definitely be oom all the time.

No. His play rate and win rate went down once they changed his Q to an actual skillshot instead of something you throw in a general direction and it hits. His play rate plummeted to a fraction of what it was as soon as that nerf, or rather fix, went through. Watch the S3 championships and tell me with a straight face that Ziggs wasn't the most broken champion in the game.
