99% of casters were nerfed this season with mana change.
He's never going to be nerfed. Riot tried to give him an overhaul last year and there was a mass QQing from the Lee Sin mains who rely on his damage, not his mechanics, to win matches.
He was nerfed last season, right now he's not showing any major issues for this season.
