Having revive (low respawn timers) is what made the game mode the most fun. Ultra rapid fire with normal death timers is stupid and makes people play defensive.

Damn you people are never satisfied, you cry who knows for how long for URF and then you get it and you are still not satisfied, be grateful you got it at all.
And here I was thinking they removed Revive to curb trolling. NOPE, just preparation for URF.
Its removal made it so games can actually END in URF.
URFs biggest mistake was being a thing. Now some players constantly ask for it to be permanent and when it is available, people still moan and cry.
Riot has a lot of balls to still try to please people like you.
Last years URF people always complained the game mode got old because people started "trying" when the real reason people got upset is because they disabled revive and turned a fast past game mode where you didnt fear death into a very defensive "i don't want to die" type match.
Seriously Riot. Don't disable any champions and dont nerf anything. Lower the death timers by 80% and leave URF as is.
IMO the biggest mistake was nerfing the broken champions.
I mean, isn't that the whole point? just buff the other champions to their level :/

I think the worst thing in URF was allowing
to be in it I know the cooldown is after he does his Q but its a 2 second cooldown regardless after that he is untargetable again there is literately no way to kill him after level 6 unless its a 1v5 and yes you can TP to save teammates but he kills you in less than 5 seconds so your just giving him another kill. Flashing away is useless he is to fast CC matters little he will still catch up to you unless you are the gold card god with TF maybe.

I don't get why Zilean's W is still so heavily nerfed. It doesn't even change his ult cooldown anymore.
think about it, look at all the aggression the URF bonus stats promotes. there is so much chaos and battles happening. so much aggression.
taking revive away, and making people stay dead for longer than 2 seconds makes people think before they yolo in spamming their abilities.
URF stats with less than a few second death timers (time it takes to press revive) Promotes negative aggression. who cares if you die? you'll respawn in 1 second. You wont lose a single point of HP off your turret.
Urf stats with normal death timers promotes calculated aggression. who cares if you die? well, you do! you don't wanna lose your tower/ control of the game.
Urf stats with revive got old fast. and the mode needed a tune-up. now with added stats/de-buffs, and revive not being in the game. URF is looking to be quite a fun mode, a lot more fun than the original version.
It was a lot more fun with revive. It was nice to be able to just push all the time and have relatively little consequence for it a lot of the time.
TP is pretty fucking broken too. Just take that.
I like the love the death timers! Why? Because I'm getting 70+ IP in 19 minute games. THAT'S WONDERFUL! After the game I can easily get into another game of URF and just start the whole thing over again, maybe try someone else or a different build than before. Short timer = short game = $$$
