I have no idea, it works almost instantly with Evelynn's Ravage/Hate Spike, but not sure about delayed strikes.

SlashStriker1 votesi assume it has to be done in 5 seconds its really important such things to be stated i threw 3 or 4 Null Spheres and the Mastery didnt trigger
