I think it's pretty interesting I find more success with Teemo as a Jungler rather than a Top/Mid role - it's been that way for the last three years but there's some pretty big barriers that prevents most folks from even trying it:

I hate counter jungling with a fury though, so I'm surprised I agree with this.
GigaPube1 votesteemos poison doesnt stack, which means no matter how many times you hit someone, if hes already poisoned, you only do the damage of your original autoattack. therefore devourer isnt effective on teemo and you should stick with runic echoes, especially since nashors tooth is good on him and thats more than sufficient attack speed for even jungle teemo. its hard to believe you're master and seemingly "endorsing" jungle teemo, but then again you only won your last 2 ranked games of it, but both were with runic echoes so not that surprising i guess. good luck making it meta

Also he already popularized it, among Teemo mains at least.
GigaPube1 votesi dunno what deep dank subreddit you're browsing to say its "popular" among anyone. you're saying hes the best jungle teemo in the world, and if jungle teemo is a thing, then surely he'd have at least a winrate of over 50%, from these 3 accounts its definitely 50% or less. but i dont care about winrates and subreddits, if he was surely the BEST jungle teemo in the world, he'd know the poison doesnt stack, and therefore, dare i state the obvious, devourer on teemo is awful. there cannot be a more obvious way to prove that someone is not the best at a league role. i, as of right now, am officially a better teemo jungler than him. any singular bad decisions i make can be cancelled out by my better, more efficient build on jungle teemo. the only thing he'll have the upper hand in, is if he has secret kiting exploits with jungle creeps that nobody knows about, if theres none of that, i can go tell bengi or peanut about teemo jungle and they can go play a single game better than your prophet has on 290 games of teemo

I think Devourer still makes more sense as Teemo doesn't really want to 1v1 early on. His style of jungling would definitely be focused on vision and objective control and working to counterjungle instead of direct pressure (also his lack of effective cc in a gank would make him less useful.
