One day they will give Draven the nerf that he deserves. His early game is stupidly powerful and it just really gets old. Every game a Draven is present they always destroy bot lane.

No, Everytime Lucian is present he destroys bot lane. And he's present in 1/3 of matches.
As a player that has over 100 draven games overall, while he is one of my favourite champions I have to say this. Draven kinda sucks, don't get me wrong. His damage is fine, its just his kit, is very telegraphed, he suffers same issue as vayne 550 ranged, and no abilities with longer range other than ult to compensate, its really predictable of what he is going to do because of the axe mechanic, it also forces you to push lane. Having no hard cc of his own, and being such a low range he is also really dependant on support setting up kills for him, without support he pretty much can't do anything. That being said, I don't think he is any good outside of low elo where he can obviously stomp because of the passive, and in higher ranks should only be picked with premade support.
