Can we make trading a thing again (In mid lane)

So many mid laners Syndra Viktor Zed Fizz Katarina Annie Brand Malzahar Lux Veigar Velkoz Ziggs Yasuo can 100-0 with their ults so easily that trading is not really a thing anymore past lvl 6, unless your ult is down. Level 6 is still laning phase... you should have to trade with someone a bit before all-in'ing, but right now, almost everyone can oneshot with their full combo. Trying to trade is a bad idea because the other champion will just 100-0 you.

Can we tone down early game damage a bit? Especially for Fizz?
