Top 5 win rate champs ... not even one is a tank.

For champs like maokai or any tank that doesnt have a high enough damage output during the early stages of laning phase when playing against fighters.

Sunfire cape got a component that gives the AOE burn, so Thornmail got one too.

Makes total sense, and even as a player who hasn't built thornmail on any champ in literally years, I appreciate the change
