This is not really going to effect anything except making tank J4 a little better. Not more attractive but just a little better

I don't see tank J4 anywhere near as much as 3+ damage item J4 who is usually killing enemies in under 3 seconds.

Well theres always been trade iffs for J4 with ad vs tank. Tank lasts longer, but that doesn't matter when everything ends so quick, when the meta shifts towards tanks again J4 tank eill feel better
