Tryndamere is struggling to be relevant in higher elos

But I don't think a damage buff would be wise.

As a Tryndamere one trick, if I could choose one way to buff Tryndamere in the fighter pass on 24b (knowing full well that overbuffing him in any way would lead to him being permabanned or nerfed hard in the future), I would choose to buff the speed of his spinning slash by about 2x.

It seems like a reasonable change that makes him a little more responsive and more practical, would increase his viability without making him more stompy / feast or famine.
