Developers Continue to Ignore Karma
This is not a subject that is up for debate anymore. The Developers nerfed her two times now after buffing her numbers. The buffs were never going to address her issues because her issues are always being ignored.
- lack of a gameplay identity with original concepts for Karma.
- a play style that doesn’t bottleneck her as a support where the mage part of her suffers.
- to make Karma relevant she has to be buffed to astronomical levels. If her kit is not buffed into relevancy than Karma is not even a thought.
- her art, character, impact in the world, and theme is straight up bland and downplayed so other characters can shine. If she is the Soul of Ionia then why does she look and sound so bland and underrated? She’s terrible when you put her up against other champs. Let’s not even talk about her incomplete art assets.
Give her a mini VGU and address all of her issues on a art, kit, identity and gameplay level because this mess is Riot’s mess they created 6 years ago and continue to ignore. They aren't even willing to do one thing without canceling it or giving a excuse why they are ignoring her. Your counter productive buffs and nerfs are making her horrible to play against when hugely numbers huffed and horrible to play as when she is not buffed.

Proposed ideas. Gathering Fire Casting abilities on allies or at enemies slowly builds up Karma's inner spirit. At full stacks, Karma releases her stored energy and the next Mantra ability cast will be stronger and apply a speed boost to nearby allies and Karma.
Inner Flame Karma sends forth a ball of spirit energy that explodes and deals damage upon hitting an enemy unit.
Mantra Bonus - Karma sends forth a large ball of spirit energy that explodes at a fixed place. The area will explode with extra energy and heal Karma or any allies in the circle.
Focused Resolve Karma creates a tether between herself and a targeted enemy, dealing damage and revealing them. If the tether is not broken, the enemy will be rooted and damaged again. If cast on a ally it will increase the movement speed of Karma and the ally.
Mantra Bonus - Karma strengthens the link which reveals the enemy, deals more damage, roots the target and silences their spirit briefly after the final tick. If used on a ally, the movement speed is increased and a portion of the damage done to the ally is sent to Karma instead.
Inspire Karma summons a protective shield that absorbs incoming damage and increases the Movement Speed of the protected ally or herself.
Mantra Bonus - Karma summons a stronger protective shield that absorbs incoming damage, increases the movement speed of the target, and redirects a portion of the damage dealt back at the enemy.
Mantra Karma empowers her next ability to do an additional effect. Mantra is available at level 1 and does not require a skill point. Each time Karma damages an enemy champion or protects an ally with one of her abilities (Half-effect for Karma's basic attacks), it reduces Mantra cooldown.
