Reworked ashes new build path (shiv first)

So I think it's become pretty clear that ashe players prefer to go infinity edge > shiv by now, but why not go shiv > infinity edge. always having that extra crit proc early on seems like a huge power spike. Shiv is also much much cheaper then infinity and will allow people an earlier power spike. I remember shiv people a popular first item choice in LCS, and ashe seems like the perfect candidate for it. Thoughts?
