Riot some xin buffs any time soon?

Like seriously..this champ need a love...i mean he need something right now he is just nothing all other champions do better what he supposed to do....(And dont give the whole "well in silver he dominate the gamnes bla bla") look not trying to be mean or anything but for all i care i dont care about balance in silver or bronze or even gold at that matter sorry but only for diamond and ++

No icant accept that a champion shouldnt get buffed because bronze or silver players dont know how to counter him play more normals and stop jumping in ranked games anyway...

Xin right now is a champion that he is a diver but there is no point to pick him because other champions do what he do just better...i mean look VI...Look hecarim....look irelia...its just no poit to pick xin when you have uptade version of him who deal more damage in less time and have better CC lockdowns AND ESCAPES

for me xin need a better E-R what i mean?

His E now is magic (hi 2009) that thing need to be AD to have scaling with xin kit a 30% of his total AD would be nice...

His R damage is pathetic...75 base damage "BUT IT HAVE % CURRENT HP" yeah...its an ultimate ability with 120 second CD that deals 75 damage i want you to remember that we have champions that have bigger base damage and bigger % MAX HP damage on a basic abilities (yeah hi 2015-17 era of max hp damage) and you can make it to have total AD so STERAKS would be a good buy on xin and not giving him 3 FREAKING EXTRA DAMAGE ON THE ULTI rito...

Then you have his base stats...

ATTACK DAMAGE 57.5 – 114 seriously riot? range champions have more AD than xin (hello graves 60 ad)

His base AD need a buff

25.9 – 85.4 again..i know range champions that have better armor early..and xin a champion that he is a DIVER have such a low armor..."But he have healing...." yeah darius have healing too and irelia and ww and they all have better armor stats... so what up with xin zhao? which he have the worst healing of all 3 of them...
