Boosting is bad

This is what Riot has established, so I'm taking the liberty of reporting each and every account that was started up this season, has a 100 percent win rate on hypercarries, and has ridiculous LP gains because these accounts are being sold for profit. I'm against the idea that I have to eat a loss because people are playing in the inappropriate elos (as the people they are sold to generally aren't capable of those higher elos, and the boosters aren't in my elo), especially right now when I'm trying to go up in rank. I don't want to be playing against diamond 1 players until I'm in diamond 1 (if I ever get there).
