So why is Vladimir the one that's getting nerfed?
Edit: I've been told that it's because he's too good in competitive. I have a feeling they're pulling a Kalista on him (making the champion powerful in organized teams, but shit-tier in solo queue)
I Q4 votesVlad is getting nerfed because he is a lane bully, and is almost impossible to gank making him really safe. he has the same problem as the tank assassins by having it so he can have 4K hp but do half your HP with one move.
