You can't carry with bard support. You can carry as any offensive support pretty much.

you can't carry as a support, but you can avoid dying 10 times. honestly i'm not sure what you expected from a adc urgot when it only takes 3 seconds to que up as a support on TB

I agree that carrying as Support (as a supp main myself) is either difficult or impossible in the traditional meta, but that's got nothing to do with a shitty Urgot as your lane partner lol. That doesn't happen often.

you can carry as a support. there are many types of ways to carry.

you roam and help other lanes. (if your adc is really well off, or if your adc is just really bad)
you protect your teammates. as a support is quite necessary to offer heals/cc to make escapes and initiation. if you do these things well you are carrying as a support. Drop a ward to make sure your laners have vision and won't get ganked from one side. it makes all the difference and can change the game drastically. Success in carrying depends on your individual skill to make calls and protect your teammates and not really gold income.

That's just doing your job. Your team has to make use of what you set up. If they do, you can consider yourself carrying the team, but if they don't you're just as useless as them.

That's true. Unless your team is just full of trolls or dumb people, I don't see how hard it is to make use of it. I always communicate with my teammates and tell them specifically what I want them to do and I don't have a problem most of the time.

Watch your ADC walk away from your perfectly landed CC enough times and it gets to you. That's why I friend request a lot of ADC mains; those who follow up my plays.
