Who should I buy? Diana vs Yasuo

Tarp96··1 votes·1,498 views

So, I have been saving up for one of these 2 champions. But I still not sure who ireally want. I know that Yasuo is pretty good in s6, because of the crit thingy, but is he fun to play? And right now I played a match, and the other team won because of their Diana got 29/0/0. Who do you pref? I am gonna use whoever I buy in mid mostly, but I know that Diana is a good jungler.

As of this moment, Yasuo. Masteries and items just beef him so much right now in both power and combat abilities.

Thanks for the answer man, but dont you think he is gonna get nerfed or something?

He possibly could be, However diana has simply been too indirectly nerfed to justify buying her right now. Her main targets for assassination have a lot of powerful ways of protecting themselves against her, and she can no longer just burst her target and expect them to die. Now Yasuo relied on burst, but he has the ability to at least sustain his damage, so he doesn't need to worry about 100-0 his target, he at least has the sustained damage to make sure his target will die in at least a reasonable fashion without waiting for CD's. not to mention Diana has to work harder to build her items now. AP items got more expensive and AD items got cheaper, so yasuo will always have more consistency at this point.

I just went up against a Diana, and I did pretty well. No kilss, and then she started to roam. 2-3 kills later she was fed enough and in the end she ended up with 29/0/0 :P But do you have any suggestion for some of the other chamions instead? I have 6,3 IP and mostly play adc, supp and mid.

well if you don't own all the ADC's now's the time because you can literally use them as mowers on the rift. Supports that are really good are Nami, raka and sona. healing and shielding are your friends. Zyra is a ton of fun, but doesn't always fit the meta. She definitely has a learning curve, but once you got her down her kill combo is a ton of fun and she always feels so impactful. Another fun mid/support is Karma, lots of poke in lane, and she has very good utility, just be sure to manage her ult and you'll do a lot for your team.

As for the Diana, NEVER let an Assassin roam, you let her get money to get the items she needs to destroy you, just follow her, and coordinate counterganks, she has no escapes, only engages so if she goes in at the wrong time, she fails.

Yasuo is a boring shit champion and Diana is one of the most interesting champions in the game.

And don't just buy Yasuo because he is strong now, because he will definitely be nerfed.

Yasuo is the most fun champion in the game to play (in my very biased opinion) but he's gonna be getting some nerfs soon, diana is fun and literally domminates games when ahead, and she hasn't been nerfed in ages

I'm a Diana main and in my opinion she's the most satisfying champion in the game. You can make some of the coolest plays with her, yet she's not easy to play and takes time to master. Yasuo is really strong right now though, too. But he's also super hard to play. If you want my opinion go with the champion you have more fun in. For me Diana is by far the most fun champ in the game...

I am maining Ahri now :3 Diana looks super fun too, and after she annihilated my team I kinda wanted to buy her instead :P Also, she can play as a Jungle which makes my champ pool better. Think I might buy her after all. Do you have any tips and tricks for her?

She's not the easiest champ to play so don't give up after your first couple games. She does tons of damage And is tanky to boot. Quick tips:

  1. you always want to try to Q before you Ult on to the enemy so yournult resets. 2)if you use the Q>R combo and you know the Q will hit, you can actually R to the enemy before the Q even lands and it will still reset because the game reads it that you cast Q first. 3)her lane phase is SHIT PRE-6. You have no kill pressure or get away. So just remember play super safe until 6. 4)I don't train a point in E until level 7. I max up q and w until 6, then put a point in ultimate then finally at 7, I will put one in E. However sometimes it's good to put it in at level 5, especially if you have an early game jungler. But max q first, then w, and e last. If your in the jungle sometimes it's better to max W first though. 5)she doesn't have much escape but remember, she reveals non stealth champs and monsters with q. So let's say your in a pickle in the jungle, throw a q over the wall to a camp and if the monsters are there you are now able to R over the wall to the monsters since they are revealed. Instant get away/flash. 6)her damage is seriously nucking futs. I like going many diff builds but ever build for me always contains at least two dorans rings because it helps Diana's mana issues greatly and makes her more tanky. Some builds I do to start are: if in against an Annie or syndra I like double Dorians into scepter, if against zed or other ads I like double Dorians into arm guard/zhonyas, If I'm against anyone else, I usually mix it up between double Dorans and nashors tooth OR if I think my opponent is absolute trash and I can snowball, I go triple Dorans>sorc shoes>rabadons cap. The last build is for when you know your going to stomp the lane and attempt to carry the shit out of the game. 7)attack sped is super good on Diana because her passive does insane damage.'I like running attack speed marks because of this. 8)practice shooting your q. It's not easy until you get used to it. 9)roam roam roam and roam some more. Take teleport instead of ignite because you can change a bot lane tp fight more than any other mid laner. She is that powerful. 10)have fun. Dirty Diana is by far the most fun I've had in the year and a half I've played
