If Aatrox has a window passive, why isn't it as strong as Darius?
He even has to hit you more times than Darius and doesn't stick as much.

Darius- gives AD when noxian might is triggered
Aatrox- gives attack speed, attack damage and guardian angel passive when triggered
Aatrox is undertuned, but the passive is not where the weakness lies imo
