Before MYMU: "Man, Zyra's passive is utterly useless. It takes too long to load up to actually hit anything. She's so bland. Riot, you gonna do something about this?"

After MYMU: "Man, Zyra's just way too easy to play now. She's so pick/ban, guys. I can't get my character even if I wanted to play her because she's so easy and auto-pilot. Riot, you gonna do something about this?"

This patch: "Man, Zyra's awful now. I have to LAND MY SPELLS? If I don't, I have to get into 575 range of someone and AA them to get my plants to switch targets? Riot, do something about this!!"

You know, as someone that's rather used to having to work with rather silly ranges just to play the game properly , welcome to the club.

How many Zyra mains have you seen complain about this personally? If it's under five, you probably can't make that generalization about Zyra mains.

If you go to /r/Zyramains many of them didn't react negatively to the change. It is almost no different from pre-rework(and as for her passive then, not only was it directly contrary to her lore, which stated that if she died in her new form there would be no second chance, but it was the weakest post-death passive to boot, still useful, but weak).

The people who complain are probably fotm zyra players. A good Zyra player always tries to q-w-aa someone.
