URF Changes to consider implementing.

So URF's been out in the rotating game mode twice now and here are a couple of changes I'd love to see implemented in it for the future, if it's possible to add them.

First off, could we get a couple of the actually bugged champions fixed or disabled? For example, Garen, he can mash his spin ability enough to get it doing 2 - 3 times the intended damage. A neat little bug when you're playing him, not so fun when you're against him and he can quite literally hit upwards of 2000 damage in one tick of spin damage five minutes into the game.

Secondly, the time in the lobby should be increased some. When you've got nearly every champion it takes a minute to pick whom you're going to play. As well, more time after you've locked in would be very welcome. The ten seconds isn't enough to pick skins, rune pages, and masteries. Maybe change it to ~90 seconds to pick a champion and ~20 seconds once everyone's locked in?

What are some other changes people would like to see if the game mode's going to be coming back frequently?

The Garen change was intended. It was re-added in so that he'd be usable in Urf.
