[CLIENT] Dynamic Queue - Masteries don't visually update when editing

I tried playing Graves jungle, created a masteries page while in champion select, and deleted a few other random pages. None of the changes visually update, however editing existing pages does give you the benefits of the masteries you picked, it just doesn't update.

Example: AD Jungle Mastery had the "Strength of Ages" Keystone, I changed it to have the "Warlord's Bloodlust" keystone. In champion select it says I have 6/6/18, what I originally had, but in game I have "Warlord's Bloodlust" and it's 18/0/12 when I look in my mastery page w**hen not in champion select.

To reproduce the bug:

1. Save any mastery page
2. Start a dynamic queue up
3. When you're selecting your champion click the edit button beside your current mastery page.
4. Delete any page, add a new one, change the setup of an existing one, etc.
5. Hit save and exit the screen.
6. Check the drop down masteries box for the pages you added, they won't be there, the pages you deleted will be there, any changes you made to existing pages won't be displayed, HOWEVER, they do give you the proper benefits in-game.
