Black Screen after hitting Accept

This is getting stupid, I queue up for the URF mode and literally don't know who I'm playing until the game launches because the ENTIRE queue is just a black screen!

Any thoughts on fixing this? It seems to be getting worse the more I play, before I would join with ~25 seconds left in URF, three games later I'm consistently not even getting to see the champ select screen.
