So days ago Bortk was on Pbe 4% for ranges 8% for melees and that gurantee us more counter plays when a range rushes bortk and gives melee more power when they get in touch with the enemy champion. But i heard that the changes reverted x.x what happeend to it? is it going to be back or they just refused ?
