Like zyra, brand, annie, those kind of people. I want to "carry" the lane literally while late game dominating more than a typical support

Zyra, AP lichbane Sona, Zilean AP, and I suppose I can agree with Brand. Oh, Morgana is good as well. And lux. And Annie.

Sona AP... the Q AA damage is really cancer late game... and she has E for the engage. Late game Sona can catch low-hp carries alone and finish them off.. and what I mean by low.. around 60% hp... other than that, you can chunk poke the ADC. It will do around 50% of their HP for almost no work... just E, then Q AA then back away.

Due to the runes and masteries, you'll have good poke damage, 15% CDR lvl 1, and not run out of mana to keep poking.

Now... Here's the build. With the new Sona and this build you will do insane damage, while also having insane CDR Here's your starting items

Eye of Watchers
Boots of Lucidity
Sheen -> Lich Bane They're typical starting items that most people would do but combined with your runes, you've reached 45% CDR and you're gonna be around lvl 9 and still do good poke damage After that
Luden's Echo Then the rest is situational. If they have a lot of MR get Void Staff, if not get Deathcap or something. WIth your new ulti passive, the 45% CDR will multiply with the extra 40% from your ult... your skills will be at a 3 second cooldown besides your ult like you're playing URF or something.

Also, for your abilities, get Q first, then get one point on W at lvl 2, then get E, then max Q, then max E. Max the W last. Leave it at only one point. It's useless. You're not Soraka. Your job is to poke.
