Soraka silence way too strong

I just had a game, and on my death replay it said that Equinox had done over 500 Damage just with the initial cast

it has no warning and, for it's effects, absurd range

thats 500-1000 aoe silencing damage that can possibly affect the entire team

their support soraka can burst down entire teams faster and safer than the mid laners

initially in the pbe it had no damage, and i even remember them removing the damage ratios at least once while it was still testing and it played fine

I think the numbers should be toned back at the least
